· Look at the financial position and performance of the company over the last two years.

· What is the culture like? Talk to employees and see what it is like to work there.

· What sort of development is offered? Can you develop a career there?

· Do they have a strategy for the future? Are their products or services sustainable?

· Are you just a number or can you get recognition for doing a great job?

· What is the staff turnover like? If it is high, what is the reason?

· Is it team orientated or is it an individual orientated organization?

· Where did the managers come from? Were they promoted from within?

· What is the management style and hierarchy like?
