As part of the Candidate Manager service, we build on our two previous levels, the advertising and short list service and interview the candidates before they are short listed for you.

We examine what you want, develop further selection criteria and then assess candidates at interview. 

 This means that the candidates that get to you have a full understanding of the job and the company, and you have a brief on their strengths and weaknesses and suitability for the role.
